A national program CEW Leaders Program, executives are invited to speak on these topics and experienced faciliators explore these issues in workshops and small group discussions. Each CEW Leaders Program comprises a full 7 days delivered over 3 blocks approximately 6 weeks apart; 3 days, followed by 2 days and a final 2 days.
