SCROLL TO SECTION
The world has changed and a post pandemic world demands authentic leaders who lead with compassion and empathy.
This year, our Leaders Program in Brisbane gives ambitious women the opportunity to learn from inspiring leaders like Bionics Queensland Founder, Chair and Board Director Dimity Dornan, Energy Queensland Chair Sarah Zeljko, Non-Executive Board Member Sarah Pearson, Executive Mentor and Coach Kathy Hirschfeld AM and author, columnist and experienced company director Kirstin Ferguson.
Our aim for the program, which begins in April, is to provide a leadership development experience that helps push forward the next generation of Queensland women leaders. This will be the only program available in Brisbane in 2023.
CEW’s Leaders Program is a bespoke development program encouraging women leaders to truly be themselves. It is designed and facilitated by CEW members who shared their wisdom and lifelong experiences. It is independent, intimate, challenging, collegiate and reflective in nature. Learning happens through continuous dialogue and experimentation with structured leadership competencies.
FY22/23 PROGRAM DATES
18,19 & 20 April

27 & 28 July
WHY CHOOSE THE CEW LEADERS PROGRAM
We continually challenge ourselves to refresh the content every year with diverse speakers and new elements that reflect the needs of changing environments in corporate, public service, academic or not for profit organisations.
Our alumni tell us that the interaction and dialogue between participants, facilitators and presenters is key to this unique experience. Their feedback is consistently high at 100+ NPS and this is evidenced by their improved confidence and the benefit they and their organisations gained from the experience. In 2021 over 50 organisations supported their women leaders by enrolling them in the Program.
The CEW Leaders Program will:
their strengths and recognise the power of complementary strengths in others
new competencies and celebrate their own unique style of leadership
themselves to lead effectively with influence and confidence
their own leadership development journey
with self-awareness and commit to their own development
strong relationships with activated peer networks
