CEW Leaders Program – Melbourne

The world has changed and a post pandemic world demands authentic leaders who lead with compassion and empathy.

This year our Leaders Program in Melbourne gives ambitious women the opportunity to learn from inspiring leaders like CEW President and former Mirvac CEO Susan Lloyd Hurwitz, Blackmores Group Chair and Deputy Chancellor and Council Member of the University of Melbourne Wendy Stops, Australian Retailers Association President and Director Wesfarmers OneDigital Nicole Sheffield, Director and CTO of Maximus International Katherine Boiciuc and CEO of .au Domain Administration Rosemary Sinclair AM.

Our aim for the next two programs in Melbourne, commencing in April and May, is to provide a leadership development experience that helps push forward the next generation of Victorian women leaders. These will be the only programs with places still available in Melbourne in this financial year.

CEW’s Leaders Program is a bespoke development program encouraging women leaders to truly be themselves. It is designed and facilitated by CEW members who shared their wisdom and lifelong experiences. It is independent, intimate, challenging, collegiate and reflective in nature. Learning happens through continuous dialogue and experimentation with structured leadership competencies.

We continually challenge ourselves to refresh the content every year with diverse speakers and new elements that reflect the needs of changing environments in corporate, public service, academic or not for profit organisations.

Our alumni tell us that the interaction and dialogue between participants, facilitators and presenters is key to this unique experience. Their feedback is consistently high at 100+ NPS and this is evidenced by their improved confidence and the benefit they and their organisations gained from the experience. In 2021 over 50 organisations supported their women leaders by enrolling them in the Program.
