Mary-Anne Curtis is an experienced senior leader with more than 20 years’ experience in the Queensland public service working across a number of portfolios providing leadership, advice and analysis on significant public policy, fiscal and economic issues.
Mary-Anne is currently the Associate Director-General within Queensland Health. In this role, Mary-Anne leads the development and implementation of policies, programs and services for the health of Queensland.
Mary-Anne was the inaugural Director-General of the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training and led the department to support small businesses and deliver employment and training policies and programs.
Mary-Anne was acting Under Treasurer in late 2018/early 2019 and has held a number of senior leadership roles within Queensland Treasury.
Mary-Anne is a Trustee of QSuper and is Chair of QSuper’s Audit and Risk Committee and was a CEW scholar in 2017 completing the Authentic Leadership program at Harvard Business School.
