Nicole Sheffield is the Executive General Manager Community and Consumer for Australia Post.
Nicole is a highly accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in the media, marketing and digital industries. Prior to joining Australia Post in mid-2018, Nicole held a number of leadership roles in print, broadcast and digital media. Most recently, she was the Chief Digital Officer of News Corp Australia.
Prior to that appointment she joined News Corp Australia in early 2012 as CEO of NewsLifeMedia, leading the lifestyle publishing division known for well-loved brands News.com, Taste.com, Vogue, Donna Hay and Country Style. Her career also spans roles in broadcast media, publishing and telecommunications. In August 2016 she was appointed Managing Director of News Digital Networks Australia (News DNA), the digital arm of News Corp Australia, before taking on the expanded role of Chief Digital Officer in March 2017.
Nicole is a commentator on business, media and women’s issues, she is a Director of Chief Executive Women (CEW) and held the role of Chair of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Australia Board.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University and a Master of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
