Dr Sally Pitkin is a Company Director, Lawyer, Adjunct Professor with the University of Queensland Business School, and a Fellow of Bond University. She has thirty years corporate experience, and holds non-executive director roles in the listed, public and non-profit sectors. Dr Pitkin is the President of the Queensland Division of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a member of the Institute’s board of directors. She holds Bachelor and Masters degrees in Law, and a Doctorate in the field of governance. Her skills in strategy and business planning, corporate governance, risk management, organizational culture, and stakeholder engagement have been developed from her legal background, extensive experience as a non-executive director and board member, and doctoral research.
