Tracey Horton AO

Tracey is the Chairman for Navitas Limited and Non-Executive Director of Australian Institute of Company Directors National Board. She is a Commissioner of the Tourism Commission and a member of the Takeovers Panel and Bain & Company Advisory Board.

Additionally, Tracey’s community activities include Chair of Council of Presbyterian Ladies College and Immediate Past President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WA).

Tracey’s career began in Sydney with the Reserve Bank of Australia after graduating from The University of Western Australia. Upon completing her MBA at Stanford University in California, Tracey spent several years working for the international management consulting firm, Bain & Company, providing strategic and management advice to international clients in the technology, retail, healthcare and utility sectors.

Tracey returned to Perth in 2000, as a Director at Poynton and Partners and GEM Consulting, attending to clients in the utility and resources sectors. Her most recent executive role was as Dean of the University of Western Australia from mid-2004 to August 2011, where she was awarded the life-time title of Emeritus Professor.

Tracey was recognised for distinguished service to business and business education and appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia in 2017.
