Chief Operating Officer, Australia
Adrienne Revai is Chief Operating Officer, Australia for JLL – a Fortune 500 company listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts/Law degree from the University of Sydney. Adrienne commenced her career as a litigation lawyer and practised in national law firms Moray & Agnew, King & Wood Mallesons (then Mallesons Stephen Jaques) and Allens (then Allen Allen & Hemsley) in Sydney.
Adrienne commenced with JLL in Sydney in 1997 in a General Counsel role. She has held a variety of operational and client facing roles for JLL based in Australia and internationally including: Head of Operations for JLL’s Capital Markets Asia Pacific business; Director of Tenant Representation; Head of Corporate Residential Services - Asia Pacific; Assistant Director of Global Risk Management and Global Director of Litigation.
Returning to Australia in 2007 from JLL’s headquarters in Chicago, Adrienne obtained further commercial experience outside of the property industry.
She has been in the role of Chief Operating Officer for JLL Australia since 2010. As a member of JLL’s Australian Executive Committee, Adrienne works with the CEO and national leadership team in setting and implementing strategic business priorities nationally. She leads JLL’s Business Network division across Australia which includes the delivery of Finance, Human Resources, IT, Marketing, and Legal and Compliance services.
As part of her role, Adrienne supports employee engagement initiatives for JLL in Australia and champions diversity & inclusion programs for JLL in Australia and in JLL’s Asia Pacific business. She is also an Implementation Leader in the Property Council of Australia’s Property Male Champions of Change program.
