Anna has substantial experience in the Australian energy sector, extending back to the initial stages of energy reform and privatisation in Victoria. She has been an adviser on many transactions that have shaped the modern Australian electricity sector, including privatisations, M&A and project development, particularly in renewables. Anna has also acted as an adviser to Australia's peak energy body - the COAG Energy Council - as well as State Governments and key market institutions on significant industry reform.
Anna was a Staff Contact Partner at Allens for 11 years where she promoted diversity within the practice group. She championed senior women lawyers, thus creating greater opportunities for their participation and development.
Anna has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree from the University of Melbourne.
Anna is a graduate of the CEW Leaders Program, which includes senior women from private, public and not for profit sectors. She believes the program provided significant insights into universal issues impacting women's career progression and gave her a strong voice within Allens to advocate for change.
