Anne is a Non-Executive director of the National Australia Bank Limited, Platinum Asset Management Limited and Deputy Chairman of Bell Shakespeare Co.

She has over 30 years of experience as a former partner in the Financial Services Assurance practice at PwC Australia, where she worked with a range of clients in banking, property, private equity and wealth management sectors providing advice on financial and regulatory reporting, risk management, controls and compliance frameworks.

While at PwC she led the Financial Services Assurance practice and was a member of the Assurance Risk and Quality Review panel and a member of the Global Gender Advisory Council. She was appointed Deputy Chairman of PwC Australia in 2012, a position she held until her retirement from PwC in November 2015.

She is also a Member of the IFAC (International Federation of Accountants) Nomination Committee. Anne has a Bachelor of Arts, (French and Economics) (Hons) from the University of Reading.

Anne was a member of PwC’s Global Women in Leadership team and a passionate campaigner for women in leadership within the firm. In this role, and as Deputy Chairman of PwC Australia she worked on the development of policy to improve gender diversity at senior levels of PwC including discussion around establishment of targets, mentoring and development programmes for senior executives (both female and male) as well as re-evaluating standard training and assessment programmes to identify and address areas of possible unconscious bias.
