Bonita Boezeman AO (Bonnie), Managing Director of Business benefits International a consultancy specialising in strategic and marketing advice. She is also an Executive Producer of major music events and creations of songs/albums.
In 1996, Bonnie retired from Time Warner Inc. after 23 years of international management. She held top positions in Paris, London and Amsterdam before being transferred to Sydney in 1983 in the position of Managing Director and Chairman of Time Life Australia Pty Ltd. In 1989, Bonnie was made a VP of Time Life Inc.
Bonnie is a Director of Urban Growth NSW, and she is the Chair of ShopReply, PoliPayments, and East West Foundation. She is on the boards of Order of Australia Foundation Associ., and ARS Musica.
Bonnie was the inaugural Chair of PayPal. She also served on the boards of NSW State Lottery, Perpetual Trustees, Syd. Harbour Foreshore Authority, Defence Housing Authority in Canberra, ARIA, Aurora TV, the NSW East Asia Advisory Council, Opera Foundation and the Cochlear Implant Centre for deaf children.
She was also on the Ethics committee of the Matre Misercordiae Hospital. Bonnie is presently on the NSW Corporate Olympic Committee, the advisory board of Cypress Lakes Golf & Country Club, the World Presidents Organ., Institute of Company Directors, and the Harvard Club.
Bonnie was the Executive producer of the Official song/dvd/album for WYD 2008 and Pope Benedict XVI's visit to Sydney as well as a new song/dvd for Saint Mary MacKillop's canonisation.
Bonnie was awarded the Centenary Medal in 2003, and was made an Officer in the Order of Australia; 2003 "For service to the community as a significant contributor to and fundraiser for a broad range of medical, sporting and cultural organisations, and to the business sector as a corporate leader and executive". Bonnie received a Knighthood from Pope Benedict XVI in 2009 and is now titled "Dame in the Order of St Gregory the Great" for contributions to the Archdiocese of Sydney and World Youth Day.
