Bronwyn was appointed as a Non-Executive Director to Watpac Ltd.
She has over 18 years experience on boards of listed and unlisted companies, Government-owned and not-for-profit entities and retired in 1996 after 20 years at KPMG ( the last seven of those at partner level).
Bronwyn currently serves on the multiple Boards including RACQ, RACQ Insurance, LG Super, Fyfe Group Holdings Pty Ltd and Care Australia and has served as Chair of Queensland Rail from 1997 to 2006. During this time the company changed its focus to a National organisation through both acquisition and organic growth. She also served on the boards of Queensland Investment Corporation, Stanwell Corporation Limited and Spotless Group Limited.
Additionally, Bronwyn is a member of the Queensland Council of the AICD, the Professional Conduct Tribunal of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and Principal Committee of The Brisbane Club (President 2013-2014).
