Chairman of Partners, Canberra
Cath Ingram is the Chair of KPMG’s Canberra office which delivers services to the Federal Government and the Department of Defence. Cath reports to the Chief Executive Officer and has responsibility for an office of over 600 people, 25 partners and revenue in excess of $200m. As Lead Partner nationally for The Federal Government, one of the firm’s largest clients, Cath has over 20 direct reports and co-ordinates delivery teams through 50 partners across the firm. In addition, Cath chairs KPMG’s National Partner Remuneration & Nominations Committee, a sub-committee of the board which oversees all aspects of the partner admission process and remuneration of 500 partners.
Cath is the sole member of the private sector in Canberra to be made a Fellow of The Institute of Public Administration Australia (IPAA).
Cath is a director of the Data to Decisions CRC, exploring the application of big data to national security, a director of Canberra Girls Grammar School and a member of the Sir Roland Wilson Foundation at ANU which actively supports PhD students from the Australian Public Service.
Cath holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting from the University of Canberra.
Cath has built on a philosophy of helping people in the workforce connect with their community. She is currently working closely with Jarwun to lead an initiative on ‘Stories of Female Leadership’ as an element of a development program for Indigenous and non-Indigenous female leaders.
