Christine Corbett is the Chief Customer Officer at Australia Post, accountable for all the key customer touch points including the largest retail network in the country with over 4,000 post offices, the customer contact centre and digital channels. She is also responsible for brand, marketing, customer insights, community and corporate social responsibility teams as well as the consumer and small business segment.

Since joining Australia Post in 1990, Christine has held key leadership roles across retail, mail network, strategy, major change, marketing and communications.

A champion for diversity and inclusion, under her leadership she has both increased the representation of women in management roles in the retail and mail network businesses, and the representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders within her workforce through dedicated traineeships.

Christine was recognised in the Australian Financial Review and Westpac ‘100 Women of Influence’ Awards for 2016 in the Board and Management category.

Christine has a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Business (Communication) from the Queensland University of Technology and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
