Non Executive Director
Helen Cook is an experienced Non-Executive Director. She was a former National Partner leading KPMG’s Energy & Natural Resources Group through a significant growth phase to 2014 and with the firm for 18 years.
Helen brings over 25 years of corporate and commercial experience in a wide range of industries including professional services, infrastructure, resources, finance, insurance, automotive, transport and tourism.
She is currently Deputy Chair at Fremantle Ports, Western Australia’s largest diversified port and holds Non-Executive Director positions at one of Western Australia’s largest private companies, RACWA Holdings Pty Ltd and RAC Finance Ltd. She is a Director of the Minerals Research Institute of WA, the Cruthers Foundation and Chair of the Chamber of Arts & Culture WA. She is also a Councillor of the National Gallery of Australia.
Helen is a WA Divisional Councillor of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Major Performing Arts Panel of the Australia Council which oversees funding for the Australia’s 28 major performing arts companies.
Helen is past Chair of the Art Gallery of Western Australia, past Director Perth Theatre Trust and has held a variety of other directorship positions in a range of organisations for over 20 years.
