Kathleen is an experienced board director, passionate about the opportunities for business and society presented by the digital age. Kathleen's experience is directly relevant to the complexity of strategic issues impacting Australia, indeed the globe, and the ambiguity that comes from transitioning to the digital age and networked economy. This sees her work both as an advisor to boards and executives and as a non executive director.

Kathleen's previous board memberships include the Australian Government Solicitor, Trinity College at the University of Melbourne and Chief Executive Women.
Kathleen's senior executive career crossed a range of industries (technology, professional services, marketing/media services, financial services) in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. This experienced developed a digital mindset anchored in years of experience, ongoing curiosity and knowledge in digital, that sees both the opportunities presented and the risks that must be managed; scars and experience from leading diverse businesses, in complex settings, through transformational change that delivered strong commercial outcomes; multicultural understanding and empathy from leading teams in several different countries and strong belief that governance is key to good business.
An active member of CEW, Kathleen regularly contributes to the CEW Leaders Program; provides member oversight to the Leadership Shadow program; is a member of the joint CEW/AICD advisory committee developing recommendations for boards to improve their leadership on gender balance.
