Chief Executive Officer, International
Lisa Claes joined CoreLogic in 2016 as Managing Director, Australia and New Zealand. Early in 2017, her accountabilities expanded to leading CoreLogic’s international businesses which include operations in the UK as well as expansion into global emerging markets.
Immediately prior to joining CoreLogic, Lisa served as an Executive Director for ING Direct in Australia where she had full accountability for the Australian retail and commercial banking operations. She also chaired ING Group’s Global Mortgages Forum and represented Australia on ING Group’s International Retail Council. Through her international accountabilities Lisa gained extensive experience in driving digital and data led strategies in large scale operations.
A barrister early in her career, Lisa has also been active on boards and currently serves as Chair of LIXI, the Australian lending industry consortium that develops and maintains data standards.
Lisa holds degrees in Arts and Law from the University of Queensland and a Masters of Law from the University of Sydney. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Lisa’s initiatives have earned her recognition as Best Industry Thought Leader at the 2013 Australian Lending Awards, finalist in two categories in the 2013 Telstra Australian Business Women’s Awards (Business Innovation and Private/Corporate sector) and Marketer of the Year, 2014 Marketing Advertising & Sales Excellence awards. Lisa has pursued a specific interest in the drivers underpinning women’s financial decision making and challenged the financial services industry to refine their proposition to help women grow and manage wealth.
