Romilly Madew AO is the Chief Executive Officer at Infrastructure Australia and a member of the Board at Chief Executive Women. Prior to this Romilly was the Chief Executive at Green Building Council of Australia.
Romilly is the Independent Chair of the Currawong State Park Advisory Board, and she also serves on the boards of the Sydney Olympic Park Authority, and Surf Life Saving Foundation.
She is a member of the federal government's Cities Reference Group and the National Sustainable Development Council. Romilly is President of the Bilgola Surf Life Saving Club and a founding member of the Minerva Network (supporting Australia's elite sportswomen).
Romilly was named in AFR BOSS Magazine's 'True Leaders' 2018, named one of Vogue Australia's '100 Game Changers in 2018', awarded the 2017 World Green Building Council Chairman's Award, awarded the 2015 International Leadership Award by the US Green Building Council, named one of the '100 Women of Influence' by the Australian Financial Review and Westpac in 2012, and was the National winner of the Telstra Business Women's Awards 2009. She was made an Honorary Fellow by the Planning Institute of Australia 2015.
Romilly is a vocal advocate of diversity, Indigenous issues, flexibility in the workplace, women in sport and a Patrol Captain at Bilgola Surf Life Saving Club.
