Sally Macindoe is a Partner, past Chairman and current Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Norton Rose Fulbright. She is also the national leader of Norton Rose Fulbright Australia’s environment and planning practice. She has represented clients in some of Victoria’s largest development projects including the redevelopment of Chadstone Shopping Centre for Vicinity Centres and the redevelopment of the former AFL Waverly Park site for Mirvac.

Sally is a member of the Melbourne Cricket Club Committee and a former director of the Melbourne Recital Centre.

Sally holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University.

Sally was named the Diversity Leader for the Advancement of Women by the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency at their 2011 Business Achievement Awards, Female Partner of the year at the 2012 Lawyer’s Weekly Women in the Law Awards in recognition of her leadership in the diversity area, National Australia Bank Women’s Agenda Change Champion in 2013 and named in the 2013 AFR/Westpac 100 Women of Influence.
