Virginia is the Managing Partner, Infrastructure, Construction  & Property at leading Australian professional services firm, MinterEllison.

Prior to this appointment Virginia was acting Chief Executive Partner at Minter Ellison and a member of the Firm's Board. Earlier in her career Virginia was a Partner at DLA Piper.

Virginia is recognised as a leading legal expert in the NSW property, development and infrastructure markets, acting for both private and government clients. She is a member of the Property Council of Australia (PCA) National Board and is a Board member of the Committee for Sydney. In 2017, Virginia was appointed by the NSW Minister for Education to the NSW School Infrastructure Advisory Board. Virginia holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from the Australian National University.

As a member of MinterEllison's Diversity Committee and its Innovation Council, Virginia influences strategy, growth and diverse thinking. Through her work as chair of the PCA's NSW Diversity Committee, she worked closely with others to establish the Property Male Champions of Change which comprises the 14 CEOs of the largest property companies in Australia. She championed the PCA's national 100 Women in Property Initiative, established in 2016, and has since grown to be 500 Women in Property in each State of Australia in 2018. In 2016, Virginia joined the Red Cross Society of Women Leaders to design a development experience for women that involves contributing to a Red Cross run humanitarian project.
