Zoe Yujnovich is Country Chair of Shell Australia and Vice President of Shell Australia and New Zealand, Upstream International. She joined Shell in 2014 in Canada as Vice President, Oil Sands Operations, later becoming Executive Vice President, Heavy Oil, Shell Canada.

Zoe began her career in Australia working in a number of frontline mining roles and then broadened her experience internationally working in the USA, UK, Brazil and Canada. She joined Rio Tinto in 1996 and went on to hold a number of senior leadership positions, including Company President in Brazil and President and CEO of the Iron Ore Company of Canada in Montreal.

Zoe is currently a Director of the Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan, QGC Upstream Investments Pty Ltd and served as Chair of The Mining Association of Canada from June 2013 to June 2015, the first female Chair in its 79 year history.

Zoe holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from the University of Western Australia and an MBA from the University of Utah.

In Canada Zoe was a regular speaker at business leadership meetings and universities promoting STEM for women and girls. She was voted in the top 100 of Canada's Most Powerful Women in 2012, was keynote speaker at Women in Non-Traditional Occupations in 2014 and conducted a TEDxYouth talk in Montreal, also in 2014. She also worked with the Canadian Board Diversity Council.
