We are extremely proud of the continued evolution of our programs and the key milestones that we have achieved, such as lifting the representation of women on our Pacific Executive Committee from 13% in 2015 to 47% in 2019.
In 2018, we also became the official Premises Partner for Chief Executive Women (CEW). Under this partnership, CEW has co-located with us in our Sydney CBD headquarters, providing valuable mentoring advice and support for our DI programs.
Another long-running investment involves our national Leading with Impact program, designed to encourage and develop our emerging female leaders and boost their representation in mid-level and senior roles.
Innovative thinking has been key to our diversity and inclusion journey, including CEO-led forums to address the issue of backlash and buy-in.
In 2018, we also participated for the first time in Women & Leadership’s 100 Days for Change – an action-oriented initiative designed to encourage and enable organisations and individuals to make achievable change to increase gender equity.
