Diversity in Leadership
o Since 2010, Commonwealth Bank has focused on ensuring that its diversity is consistent across the organisation, and this required a strategic approach to appropriate gender and cultural representations across leadership roles. This has resulted in the Board and Executive Leadership Team endorsing targets for gender and cultural diversity in leadership.
o 40 per cent of women in Executive Manager and above roles, and 45 per cent of women in Manager and above roles, by 2020.

Bridging the gender pay gap
o Gender pay equity is an important focus area for the Commonwealth Bank. We conduct pay equity analyses throughout the year and as part of the annual remuneration review process. We report on gender pay equity to the WGEA and the Dow Jones Sustainability Index.
