IAG has a market leading Enterprise Agreement which supports gender equity through 14 week parental leave, secondary carer’s leave, guaranteed remuneration review while employees are on long term leave, a Welcome Back bonus for returning parents and a range of paid leave to support flexible working arrangements. Since 2010 we have had targets in place to increase the number of women in senior management positions. In 2015 we achieved our target of 33%, and subsequently set a new stretch target of 40% across Australia and New Zealand by 2020.
