THE PROCESS

  • INITIAL CONSULTATION

  • CEW meets with key parties in your organisation to explore scope
  • Information gathering

  • CEW conducts structured and confidential discussions with key individuals to build qualitative data on gender diversity in your organisation. We also request workforce data from your HR function
  • Data analysis

  • CEW conducts an analysis of qualitative and quantitative data and prepares materials for discussion
  • CEW member matching

  • CEW selects 2-3 of its members, who are some of Australia’s most senior and respected women leaders, to join your CEO and leadership team in the CEO Conversation.
  • The Conversation

  • Over two hours, we explore identified gender diversity challenges your organisation faces through the power of storytelling and sharing of experiences.
  • Ongoing support
