Agnieszka Pfeiffer-Smith is a highly experienced professional who has a proven track record of inspiring teams to create better businesses. Agnieszka’s career started in strategic problem solving with 6 years with Boston Consulting Group before progressing to various roles focus on delivering business change in Virgin Money, David Jones and Wesfarmers and more recently in private equity looking after the retail portfolio at Gresham Private Equity and the Asian portfolio of assets at Varde, a leading global alternatives investments firm with over $13b in assets under management. In 2020 Agnieszka joined Endeavour Group as its Chief Strategy Officer and supported the demerger of Endeavour Group from Woolworths and the creation of Australia’s leading drinks and hospitality business as a standalone ASX50 business. In July 2022, Agi was appointed Managing Director - Dan Murphy's and has begun transitioning into her new role. Across her roles in large corporates, private equity and strategy consulting she has consistently delivered better businesses by developing a shared vision for success, a collaborative culture and motivating teams to deliver tangible growth, efficiency and sustainable initiatives. Through this approach she has had a strong impact across a range of industries with over 10 years experience in retail complemented by property, banking, industrial goods, aviation and telecommunications.
