Alexandra Belcastro

Since 2021, Alex Belcastro has been the Senior Vice President of Development and Precincts at Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT. Previously, she was the Chief Business Development Officer at Ramsay Health Care in Australia, where she managed a multi-billion-dollar hospital asset portfolio. With over 20 years of specialised experience in social infrastructure, Alex has facilitated large-scale transactions and developments across the public and private sectors. Her background includes advisory, operational, and ownership roles. Alex holds a Master of Construction Management and a Bachelor of Planning and Design from the University of Melbourne, and she has enhanced her expertise through executive education at Harvard Business School. As a strong advocate for STEM and the advancement of women in property and construction, Alex has received recognition for her industry contributions. She currently serves on the NSW Property Council's Precincts Committee and has volunteered as a mentor for the Science and Technology Australia Superstars of STEM program since 2019.
