Alison Quinn

A professional non-executive director with more than 25 years' experience as a CEO and senior executive in the property development and aged care / seniors sectors.
Given my extensive executive experience with public, private and government organisations, I have developed valuable operational and commercial expertise in many areas including property investment, funding, infrastructure and development. Uniquely, I have significant experience with one of the fastest growing demographics in the market – the ageing baby boomers, and have been at the forefront of thought leadership regarding the housing, care and other service needs of Australia’s ageing population. These experiences have enabled me to develop a strong understanding of how each organisation has a social license to operate and the implicit nexus this has with customers and stakeholders.
I bring to my board roles a balanced perspective, understanding commercial drivers as well as risk, governance and corporate responsibility. I also bring a depth of experience in developing strategies that drive sustainable growth, a strong customer perspective, creativity and a demonstrated ability to see solutions ahead of the market. I have a strong understanding of the separation of Board and management roles, and work best in a collegiate decision making environment
