Alison Watkins
Alison is an experienced CEO who led 2 ASX listed companies Coca-Cola Amatil Limited (7 years) and GrainCorp Limited (4 years) until 2021 when Amatil was acquired by Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. Alison’s previous roles included CEO of Berri Limited, the market leader in Australian juice, and Managing Director of Regional Banking at ANZ. Alison spent the first part of her career in professional services with 10 years at McKinsey & Company from 1989-1999 where she became a partner of the firm in 1996 following 4 years with Chartered Accountants Touche Ross. During her executive career Alison served on ASX company boards including Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, Woolworths Limited and Just Group Limited. She is a former Victorian President and National Board Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Alison holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Tasmania, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and the AICD. Alison is currently a member of the Reserve Bank of Australia Board and a Non-executive Director of CSL Limited and Wesfarmers Limited. She is Chancellor of the University of Tasmania. As a keen golfer Alison is proud to be a Director of the PGA of Australia.
