Alison Webster

Alison Webster leads the Commercial and Strategy team at Western Sydney Airport. She brings over 30 years of experience as a senior executive across aviation, global freight and supply chain logistics, as well as multi-site catering operations. She has deep expertise in customer strategy and customer experience design, development and delivery demonstrated in senior roles she has held at British Airways (UK) and in the Qantas Group. Alison also has significant experience in transforming low margin businesses to achieve outstanding improvements in financial performance. She has 15 years’ experience with Qantas Group, most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Qantas International Airways and has also previously held a senior management role for British Airways in the UK. Alison has also held a senior Customer and Operations role at Anglicare Sydney, including accountability for the sales, customer service and performance transformation of 22 Retirement Living Villages, many of which are located in the Western Sydney region. Alison has completed a Strategic Finance Program and an Innovation Program with the Harvard Business School.
