Amanda Bardwell
Amanda Bardwell is Managing Director of WooliesX, a division of Woolworths, responsible for leading Woolworths Digital, E-Commerce, Customer Loyalty and Customer Services including financial services, customer payments, contact centres and digital customer experience.
Amanda started her retail career in Queensland working for a food retail franchise for five years before joining the Woolworths Group in 2001. During her time at Woolworths, Amanda has worked across the Supermarket and Drinks businesses. She has held positions in both general management and specialist senior executive roles across omni-channel retailing, e-commerce, marketing,buying, private label, and business development.
Amanda holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of NSW (AGSM) and a Bachelor of Business from Queensland University.
Amanda was awarded a Chief Executive Women (CEW) Scholarship to INSEAD in 2011. Amanda is a role model for women in the workplace and actively supports flexible approaches to promoting women.
