She has extensive experience delivering results in growth, transition and turnaround environments in Australia, Europe and the United States. Amanda is a high-energy business leader with exceptional communication and presentation skills who leads with vision and innovation, driving change to enhance business outcomes. She led the transformation of the Super Retail Group and was Director of Human Resources at Coles, responsible for 100,000 team members. Her experience encompasses diverse industry sectors, from refining and fuel retailing to fresh food and fast food retailing, fast moving consumer goods and global packaging businesses.
