Amanda Gome AM
Amanda Gome has more than 30 years’ experience leading media and communications, helping leaders and executives drive transformation in a social and digital age. She has held C-suite and executive positions at ANZ Bank, Fairfax and Private Media (Crikey). She also started her own successful digital media company, SmartCompany and prior, at BRW magazine, started the Small Enterprise section and the successful Fast 100 list. She was also head of AFR Melbourne newsroom and was an Adjunct Professor (Business) at RMIT University for 18 years. Currently Amanda is CEO of Notable Media, training CEOs, executives and managers from ASX 100, Gov, NFP and medium-sized firms to build profile, influence, media and social media skills through her Leadership Communications and Professionally Social programs and coaching. Amanda also founded the award-winning Notable Women, a program helping thousands of Australia's leading business women get the top jobs and drive positive change through increased profile and influence. In 2024 Amanda was made a Member (AM) in the Australia Day Honors for significant service to business, media and women. She’s Vice President of Women’s Leadership Institute of Australia (WLIA), a mentor on Mentor and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
