    Amanda Mostyn
    Amanda is a Non-Executive Director and a People and Change Management Specialist, with a career spanning over thirty years in the financial services, food & agribusiness, education and not for profit sectors. Amanda was a Council Member of St Andrews College at the University of Sydney for 5 years and is currently a Director of the Mostyn Family Foundation. Amanda spent 20 years as Group Executive, Human Resources at the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and the Sydney Futures Exchange (SFE). Amanda has expertise in HR Strategy and Advisory, Remuneration Management, Diversity Strategies, Leadership Development, Cultural Change and Corporate Social Responsibility. Amanda holds a Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and has been admitted as a Certified Professional of the Australian Institute of Human Resources (AHRI).
