Amber Collins

In an international career spanning over 25 years, I have held senior roles in world class organisations in marketing, product development, branding, digital and commercial partnerships. I have a strong track record of strategic and operational capability to grow sustainable and profitable businesses and innovative revenue streams. My career started in London at Saatchi and Saatchi where I went from Account Executive to Board Director in seven years. I then moved to manage the Tesco Account, one of Britain’s largest and most multifaceted brands where I fell in love with retail. Five years in brand management followed at Interbrand London and San Francisco. Upon returning to Australia I started at Coles and over 8 years held a number of General Manager roles across multiple disciplines including a stint in Insights and Category Marketing at Target. I moved to Australia Post in 2019 and have successfully elevated the role of marketing in the organisation through clear demonstration of efficacy and enterprise influence. I am focused on building inclusive workplace cultures and a number of my pieces on improving diversity in the workplace and encouraging reflection on inherited constructs have been published in the National and Industry media. My role on the board of Foodbank Vic reflects my belief that everyone deserves to eat well.
