Anastasia Clarke

Anastasia Clarke is Chief Financial Officer of The GPT Group (GPT), an ASX50 publicly listed company, and is responsible for capital management, financial reporting, accounting, tax, technology and business services. She joined GPT in 2009 as Group Treasurer, bringing 25 years of experience in accounting, finance and treasury roles in the real estate industry. Her past roles include Chief Financial Officer of New City Australia and Singapore, Treasurer and Head of Finance at the Dexus Property Group and corporate treasury and project finance roles at Lendlease. Recently, Anastasia became Chair of the International Capital Markets Division Council at the Property Council. In this role, she has a board position on the Property Council and hosts the annual Capital Markets Leaders Summit in Canberra. Anastasia holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Technology, Sydney and is a Fellow of CPA Australia.
