Andrea has been a full-time Non Executive Director for almost two decades, focusing on transport & logistics and retail service sectors, across Australia and New Zealand.
Andrea is an experienced Chair of People Committees, which she infuses with her fundamental belief that optimising the contribution of the team results in optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
In parallel to her NED roles, Andrea is a property investor, and is now a candidate for a Master of Applied Linguistics at UQ.
As an executive, Andrea co-launched and became CEO of Qantas international subsidiary, Australian Airlines, making her the first Australian female airline CEO, and one of few worldwide. Prior to this, she was head of Qantas Airline Revenue Management, making her the first female globally to hold such a role. During her time at the Qants Group, Andrea was sole parent to two small children.
Andrea has lived, studied and worked in the US, Asia and Australia.
