Anita Costa

Anita Costa is a seasoned financial professional with over two decades of experience in portfolio management, investment analysis and financial advisory roles. Her career journey supports a commitment to ethical investing and empowering women in finance. In her current role as Portfolio Manager and Investment Director at IFM Investors, Anita has been co-managing the $750 million ASX Small Ordinaries Fund since 2021. She maintains in-depth research and implements a collaborative, team-driven investment strategy. Complementing this, she serves as a pro bono Financial Advisor to the Urgent Action Fund for Feminist Activism, offering strategic investment recommendation to optimise returns while adhering to UAF's risk and liquidity objectives. With over a decade at Fidelity International, Anita advanced her way, and extended her knowledge through multiple market sectors, towards becoming a broader Australian market Portfolio Manager, achieving outstanding performance metrics. Anita demonstrated leadership by mentoring and nurturing emerging talent in the financial industry.
