    Ann Pickard is the Executive Vice President of Arctic - Upstream Americas at Royal Dutch Shell PLC. Ann served as an Executive Vice President of Upstream Business in Australia at Royal Dutch Shell PLC since March 2010. Ann has been Executive Vice President of Australia Operations of Royal Dutch Shell PLC since July 22, 2009 and its Executive Vice President of Africa Operations since September 2005. Ann served as an Executive Vice President of Africa Region at The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Ltd. She has 25 years of international experience as a senior manager in large organisations, with responsibility for major corporate transformations, maximising return on assets in challenging environments, complex negotiations, large scale development projects and strategic planning.
