Ann Stubbings

Ann is an experienced executive, with a broad portfolio on the Orora leadership team covering Group Human Resources, Sustainability, Safety, Legal and Governance and Corporate Affairs/Communications. Ann is a trusted, collaborative leader who brings a strong focus on the value of diversity of thought and creating a purpose driven culture. Ann joined the Orora executive leadership team upon Orora’s listing on the ASX in December 2013 as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary, with a strong governance background. Since then, her role has expanded to include responsibility for a broad portfolio, aligned to the Group strategy. Prior to joining Orora, Ann held various senior in-house legal roles and leadership roles in corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution, governance, and company secretariat across manufacturing and financial services (insurance), and commenced her career in private legal practice at Hall and Wilcox.
