Anna Guillan AM FAICD

Anna Guillan is a highly respected Non-Executive Director and Chair with extensive expertise in strategic planning, governance, business development, and risk management. With over 20 years of non-executive director experience, she has served on 12 boards across multiple sectors. Anna’s contributions span tourism, regional development, destination marketing, health, and social purpose organisations. She is currently the Chair of Regional Development Australia Sydney, advocating for economic growth across New South Wales, and Chair of Indigenous Business Australia Darwin Hotels, supporting the economic advancement of First Nations Australians. Additionally, she is Deputy Chair of Destination NSW and holds directorships with Hammons Holdings, South Eastern Sydney Local Health District, and the Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust among others. With a distinguished executive career, Anna has held leadership roles with major tourism entities such as Kerzner International, Mulpha Australia, GPT Voyages Hotels & Resorts, and InterContinental Hotels Group. She has been instrumental in driving business transformation, enhancing customer experience, and strengthening brand positioning at both national and international levels. Beyond her corporate impact, Anna is a passionate advocate for social purpose and healthcare equity. As Co-Founder of The NELUNE Foundation, she has helped raise over $50 million to support patients fight cancer with dignity. A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an MBA graduate, Anna continues to shape industries with her strategic vision, leadership, and commitment to economic and social progress. Her industry and community contributions have been recognised with Member (AM) of the Order of Australia and the Australian Tourism Export Council Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Industry.
