Anna Jepson

I have extensive experience as a finance leader in the banking sector, advocating for diverse leadership and mentoring female talent throughout my career. This includes 10 years of experience at Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), currently serving as CFO of Institutional Banking & Markets (IB&M), reporting directly to a member of the executive committee (CEO-2) of an ASX20 listed company. My financial expertise has been demonstrated in roles at PWC (Transaction Advisory), Macquarie Bank (Associate Director Acquisitions and Divestments), Access Capital Advisors (Asset Management), and several senior positions at CBA, including General Manager of Strategy and Performance Digital Operations and Tech, and General Manager Performance Reporting Business Bank. I have previously served on external boards, including Loy Yang Power Station, Etihad Stadium, Peninsula Link Road, and various subsidiary boards managing CBA assets, and was appointed in 2025 to the Board of Directors of CBA (Europe) N.V. My professional qualifications include membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and a graduate from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
