Anna McFadgen

I am the Chief Executive Officer of St Vincent’s Health Network Sydney, a role which I have held since August 2023. In my capacity as CEO, I am accountable for the overall leadership and management of St Vincent’s Health Network Sydney which comprises St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney, Sacred Heart Health Service and St Vincent's Correctional Health Service at Parklea Correctional Centre. I joined St Vincent’s in 2018, initially working at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne in strategy and business development, prior to relocating to St Vincent’s Health Network Sydney. Prior to joining St Vincent’s, I held senior clinical operational and strategy roles at Melbourne Health and Austin Health in Victoria. I have over 20 years’ experience in the health sector in both strategy and clinical operations and I am proud to lead the St Vincent’s Health Network Sydney Team in providing the best patient outcomes and experiences for our community.
