    Annabelle Chaplain

    Annabelle Chaplain
    Annabelle is an experienced company director with in-depth experience in financial services, infrastructure and mining-related companies. Her executive career was spent as an investment banker, working on a variety of transactions for public sector and large corporate clients. Annabelle is a Director of ASX-listed Downer-EDI Ltd and Seven Group Holdings Limited. In the public sector, Annabelle was previously a Director of EFIC, Australia's export credit agency and a member of the Board of Taxation. She is also Chairman of Canstar Pty Ltd, a financial services research and ratings company. A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Board of the Australian Ballet. Annabelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Economics and Mandarin in addition to a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Melbourne.
