    Anne Templeman-Jones

    Anne is an experienced listed company Director with substantial financial and operational risk, regulatory, governance and strategy experience across industry sectors of banking and financial services, engineering services in the energy sector, consumer goods, manufacturing and health. Anne brings insights from exposure to sectors managing ESG transformation in the energy sector, changing business models with consumers, operational risk and cyber security.

    During her 30 year executive career, Anne held leadership positions in corporate and private banking both with domestic and offshore banks including Westpac Banking Corporation, ANZ Banking Corporation and the Bank of Singapore. 

    Anne’s current Non Executive Director roles include the Commonwealth Bank of Australia Limited ( Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Risk Committee), Worley Limited ( Chair of Audit and Risk Committee), the Chairman of Blackmores Limited, New South Wales Treasury Corporation, Cyber Security Research Centre Ltd and Trifork AG.  

    Prior roles as a Non-Executive Director included G.U.D. Limited, The Citadel Group Ltd, Pioneer Credit Limited, HT&E Limited, and HBF Private Health Insurance Limited.
