Annette Kimmitt AM

Annette Kimmitt is the CEO of the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission. She was formerly the CEO of MinterEllison and, prior to that, a member of the Asia Pacific and Global executive leadership teams at EY. She was also formerly EY’s Melbourne Managing Partner and Managing Partner Assurance.

She currently serves as Non-Executive Director of Mirrabooka Investments Ltd and of Trawalla Group. Previously she has served on the Boards of The Melbourne Business School, Air Services Australia, The Committee for Melbourne and Chaired the Victorian Chapter of The Institute of Chartered Accountants. Annette holds a Bachelor of Business, Accounting and Finance from Monash University and is a Monash University Fellow and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

In 2012, Annette co-founded Scale Investors, Australia's first seed capital organisation focused on equipping women with education and deal flow opportunities to invest in high growth, early-stage, female-led businesses. She was awarded and Order of Australia in 2020 for services to business and to gender equality.
