Belinda Rowe Independent Non-Executive Director, Global Business & Digital Transformation Leader. Belinda has extensive experience in C Level leadership roles across marketing, digital , technology and the media industry across a number of Global, UK and Australian companies. She is a professional Director on publicly listed companies such as ARN Media Ltd, an entertainment and digital audio company, Temple & Webster, a unique e-commerce company in furniture & homewares, SKY NZ a broadcasting company and 3P Learning, Ed Tech company across 4 regions. Belinda is also on the board of the Sydney Swans Belinda previously held C-Level roles at Telefonica O2 UK (now Virgin Media O2) leading Brand and Marketing Communications with a focus on customer transformation. Prior to this, she was on the global executive board at Publicis Media and Global Managing Director Zenith based in the UK, one of the largest media and communications companies. Belinda also created and led a unique global content business with Publicis Media bringing together content, technology, data & digital across 32 markets, integrating a number of content, sport and social marketing acquisitions. In Australia, she was an executive Director of Mojo, successfully launched and led ZenithOptimedia and former Chair of the Communications Council (now Advertising Council of Australia). Extensive segment expertise in Technology, Retail, Banking, Consumer Discretionary, Media, Health, Tourism, Sport Belinda is passionate about professional change by advocating for women through active participation with Women in Advertising and Communications UK and Chief Executive Women Australia. She is Chair of Minerva's Sport Governance Practice and mentors’ leaders with organisations such as Mentor Walks, Minerva Network and The Marketing Academy.
