Brianna Casey

Brianna is the CEO of Foodbank Australia, the country’s largest food relief organisation. In this role, she is proud to be tackling both food insecurity and food waste not only in Australia, but also across the world through her involvement with the Global Foodbanking Network. Brianna’s career has spanned agripolitics, early childhood education & care and sustainability, utilising her policy and advocacy skills to champion the cause of a range of stakeholders from both metro and non-metro perspectives. She’s a Volunteering Australia Board Director, proud member of Chief Executive Women, graduate of the Australian Rural Leadership Program, past recipient of the Pro Bono Australia Impact 25 Award and was recently awarded an AM in the King's Birthday Honours. Brianna is mum to two sports-mad sons, so on weekends and most weeknights, you can find her on the cricket or soccer sidelines or busily fulfilling her role as a National Premier League Team Manager. She’s a keen baker, appalling cyclist and firmly believes life’s too short for bad coffee.
