Bronwyn Baker
Bronwyn Baker is a future-focused and results-driven executive with over 25 years of experience providing leadership across People and Culture, Strategy and Corporate Services. She specialises in partnering with leadership teams to develop and execute strategy, with deep expertise in cultural transformation, organisational development, and operating model design.
Most recently as Vice President People at Newmont Australia, Bronwyn drove initiatives to align people strategies with business objectives and foster high-performing teams. Prior to Newmont Bronwyn was Global Chief People Officer for ASX listed Engineering company, DRA Global. She has also worked for a variety of organisations including: Rio Tinto, Macmahon Holdings and St John Ambulance.
An experienced non-executive director, she has served on boards across listed, private, government, and not-for-profit sectors. Bronwyn holds qualifications in Economics, Industrial Relations, Future Studies, and an MBA. She is a Fellow of Leadership WA, a Trustee Fellow of Association of Superannuation Funds Australia, a Graduate of AICD and was selected for the prestigious AICD Chair’s Mentoring Program.
