Bronwyn Morris

Bronwyn has over 25 years' experience on boards of listed and unlisted companies, government and not-for-profit entities in a broad range of sectors including infrastructure, utilities, transport, financial services, retail, managed services and education. Bronwyn is currently chair of Urban Utilities and the RACQ Foundation. She also serves on the boards of Dalrymple Bay Infrastructure Limited, National Intermodal Corporation Limited and Menzies Health Institute Queensland. Previous board roles include RACQ (President and Chair), RACQ Insurance Limited, RACQ Bank, Collins Foods Limited, Queensland Investment Corporation, Stanwell Corporation Limited, Spotless Group Limited and Queensland Rail. Bronwyn is a chartered accountant and a former partner of KPMG. She is a fellow of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors (former Queensland Division Chair) and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (former Queensland Council Chair).
